Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday will be sent the same day for next day delivery.
Orders placed after this time will be sent the following working day, for next day delivery.
Orders placed on Friday will sent out for Monday Delivery.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be sent out for Tuesday Delivery.
United Kingdom Mainland - All delivers sent by next day delivery via Fastway couriers.
All International shipping is shipped through Royal Mail Airmail service.

Post and Packing
Uk Mainland Prices: £4.99 per order, £9.50 if over 2kg or free if you spend over £50.00
Europe Prices: £9.50 per order, £17.50 if over 2kg
International prices: £14.50 per order, £23.50 if over 2kg
Card holders signature required when orders are delivered unless other arrangements have been made during the purchase of goods.
We also only deliver to the verified address of the paying cardholder; this is another way for us to combat fraud
If unable to deliver, a card will be left stating delivery failed and re-delivery will automatically take place be delivered the following day, unless however delivery failed on a Friday, when re-delivery will take place the following Monday.
If delivery fails a second time the item will need to be collected from couriers depot, or re-delivery can take place at an additional cost if you contact 5pointz customer service on delivery@5pointz.co.uk
Returns
UK Returns
5pointz checks every item ordered for any defeats before sending, however in the unlikely event that you do receive a faulty item or if you are unhappy with an item you may return it within 14 days from date of order for an exchange or refund.
Please contact returns@5pointz.co.uk stating your name, address and original order number including whether you would like a refund or exchange. If requesting an exchange please state the item you would like including product code and size. We will reply with a returns issue number which must be written on the returns form and enclosed with the item. Your first exchange will be dispatched free of charge once we have received the original item in a perfect, resalable condition, further exchanges will be at your own expense.
Please note: That items can not be returned without a returns number and all cost to return the item is your responsibility.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags / stickers, unworn and in perfect condition for re sale: We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item has been worn, damaged, marked, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is in any condition that we deem as unsalable. A refund will be processed via the original payment method (excluding postage and packaging costs) providing our returns policy is followed.
Items should be returned using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Items being returned are your responsibility until they reach us. 5pointz will take no responsibility for items that get lost or undelivered.
Personalised Orders cannot be returned.
International Orders - All sales are final.
UK and International Orders - No returns on sale items all sales are final.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Security
Credit Cards
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
This is to protect you against fraudulent use.
Credit Card Fraud
Any fraudulent use of credit cards or payment cards at 5pointz will be investigated thoroughly by the relevant card issuer and reported to the Police, this may lead to prosecution.
Abuse within the Household
Do not leave your credit card around the house for other householders to get a hold of.
Use of someone else’s credit card without their permission is illegal, any credit cards used to purchase goods at 5pointz are deemed to be made by the legal owner of that card only. Additionally, a signature from the card holder is required on delivery
5Pointz will not credit or refund any order placed by another member of the household or relative of the cardholder even if the card holder was unaware the card has been used, it is your responsibility to ensure your credit card is safe at all times.
How to Shop
Making a purchase couldn't be easier, simply browse through our catalogue, when you find a product that you wish to buy click on the 'Add to Basket' button next to the product and the item will be placed into your shopping basket you can then continue shopping and add more items to your basket.
Check the contents of your shopping basket at any time by clicking the 'Shopping Basket' button to the left of the screen. When the contents of your basket are displayed you have several options. At any time you can remove a single item by clicking on the 'Remove Item' button or you can remove all the items by clicking the 'Empty Basket' button. If you would like to amend the quantity of a product, simply amend the quantity shown in the field next to that product and then click the 'Update Basket' button. Of course after making any amendments you can return to the catalogue pages and continue shopping.
When you have selected all the items that you require click on the 'Check Out' button and your order information will be transferred to our secure server where we will ask you a few question that are needed to satisfy your order.
You can buy products from this site with the confidence of knowing that we have incorporated a secure server (128 bit SSL) link that will encrypt your order information and protect you against credit card fraud. When you click on the 'Check Out' button your order will be transferred to our secure server. Most browsers will display a lock icon to confirm that you are in a secure area.
The shopping facility incorporated in this site utilises both 'Java' and 'cookies' in its operation. If you are experiencing any problems with items not being added to your shopping basket, check your browsers settings to ensure that 'Java' is enabled and that it will always accept 'cookies'.
