This new Autumnal colourway of the classic 'Air Max 90' from Nike features a mix of leather and mesh on the uppers with contrasting rubber panels, a contrasting air unit, an 'AIR MAX 90' logo side panel, and Nike branding on the tongue and back ankle. Introduced in 1990 as the Nike Air Max III, the Nike Air Max 90 grabbed a lot of attention with an even larger visible air unit, greater stability and better cushioning than the original Air Max 1.
