Here comes The Hundreds Autumn Winter collection and it's looking up to their usual standard. According to Bobby Hundreds who is one of the co-founders of The Hundreds says this collection is 'not only reflects our maturity as a 7-year-old niche brand and business, but all that we have learned, experienced, and fine-tuned when it comes to bringing you the finest apparel from a global streetwear name.' That's big talk but this The Hundreds collection seems to live up it. We've got brand new tees, hoodys, crewnecks, snapbacks and New Era caps and their looking damn good. In the tees there is the Hugo t shirt in black and purple with Adam Bomb in the style of The Simpsons, The Ship tee in white with a classic illustration on the front of pirate ship, The Simple Adam t shirt in black with an outline of Adam in black on the front an back, The Swoop t shirt in navy, purple, and black with an angry Adam swooping down in front of the TH initials and the smile T shirt in grey with a picture of a CCTV camera and the statement 'everyones on camera'
The Hundreds branding always works really well on New Era Caps and we've got some wicked ones this time around. This collection contains The Side Adam New Era in black, dark green and blue with an oversized Adam Bomb embroidered onto the side, The Adam New Era in black, blue and grey which has a full colour Adam Bomb embroidered on the front crown with The Hundreds Jags screen printed onto the back panels and The Hundreds Grand Slam New Era with the TH initials over a baseball outline on the front panel and a contrasting brim in black and purple.
In The Hundreds snapbacks selection we've got the Town snapback in black and burgandy with a simple hometown pride inspired graphic featuring the phrase: 'drawing lines' on the front panel, the hugely popular team snapback in grey and black featuring an American football inspired graphic stating: 'Los Angeles, The Hundreds', The Hundreds Player Snapback in Purple and Black with outlined block letters on the front also stating: 'Los Angeles, The Hundreds', The Swoop snapback in navy, purple and black features the same pissed off Adam Bomb as the t shirt and the design works just as well on a cap.
There is only one The Hundreds crew in this bunch and that's the Johnny crewneck in grey. The print on the front is monotone and the Johnny character is taken from the logo for a well known diner in Los Angeles called Johnnies Broiler and is adapted so he is holding a The Hundreds bomb.
The Summer collection from The Hundreds has landed. There's a wicked assortment of t-shirts including the massively popular TV tee with it's photographic print of a pile of old tv's with The Hundreds branding on the screens and the slogan "The television will not revolutionize!" along the bottom. Another hot tee is the Bizarro Adam print featuring Adam Bomb in vibrant bizarre colours. The Jumbo tee is an instant classic featuring Adam again, this time oversized so he covers the whole front of the tee. The Colours t-shirt featuring a row of vivid Adam outlines over 'The Hundreds' in a sharp script. A definite summer t-shirt is the Groupie (available in several colour-ways) with it's varying horizontal stripes and Adam logo on the left breast. A real eye-catcher. The Hundreds Baller vests are also perfect for the season. With embroidered script on the front and back these shirts are worthy of any NBA star.
Also in this drop is a fine set of New Era fitted and snapback caps. The Hundreds Colours caps (available in black, purple and kelly green) go perfectly with the 'Colours' t-shirts as with the Bizarro caps, which are the the most vibrant New Era caps ever released by The Hundreds. The Trade snapbacks have a classic graphical look featuring an Adam outline and a shout out for Rosewood which is the location of The Hundreds flagship store. With the Team Two snapback The Hundreds have played with old fashioned American football graphics as with the Raidurrs cap which is also a visual dedication to LA.
Their are also new versions of The Hundreds Johnson Low (available in black and purple) and Johnson Mid (available in black, grey and turtquoise) trainers. The Johnson Mids are suede.
Brand New The Hundreds wears for Spring 2010 have just arrived. The Hundreds Excel crewneck in black and athletic heather look very sharp. A clean-looking custom fleece piece with an Autograph Adam logo embroidered on the front. The Hundreds long sleeved Gloria shirt is also very tasty. A smart long sleeve cotton poplin button-up shirt in original The Hundreds plaid patterns with an embroidered Adam logo inside the front placket on the waist. The new After School Adam tee is also banging. The design takes influence from after school cartoons from back in the day and works brilliantly on the purple tee. The Hundreds do it again.
