At 5 Pointz every item we send out comes with a service to track the parcel via the courier service.

Once your order has been processed we will update your account with a relevant tracking number.

To see where your order is simply log into the ‘My Account’ page of our site and click on the ‘View Order Status’ button. This will bring up a page containing a summary of your order including the tracking number of your parcel. Now simply click on the link to the relevant courier service (Interlink Express for UK orders and Royal Mail for international orders) and enter your tracking number if required. Now you can now read the relevant information.



Please note that we cannot be held responsible for information on a 3rd party website, but please let us know if you have problems retrieving your tracking information as we require a high standard of service from the courier service we use.
