UK RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 28 days from date of order. All goods will be inspected on return. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred. However delivery charges are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order within the 7 day 'cooling-off' period and the order has not been sent out, or where the goods are faulty and a refund is made.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, please send the item back to us via a 'signed for' delivery service.

The cost of returning the item to us is the customer's responsibility.

Please complete the returns form that was sent with your parcel and include it in with your returning goods, addressed to:

If the item you received is faulty, please contact info@5pointz.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the defect in question, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.


INCORRECT  AND DAMAGED ORDERS

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered or is damaged in anyway, please contact 5 Pointz quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We'll then advise on how to proceed with the return.

RETURNS CONDITIONS

The item cannot be visibly worn, damaged, marked or smell in anyway or be in any condition that we deem renders the item unsalable. All items must be returned with all relevant swing tags, labelling and branding.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

There can be no returns on International orders.

SALE ITEMS

All Sale items are non refundable. You can however exchange for a different size of the same item. Please refer to the returns Note.
